Thomas D. Jonez (“Tom”) is co-President of One Washington, a coalition of informed activated citizens whose goal is to encourage informed, well-organized, effective citizen grass-roots action. The organization affirms that all men and women are created equal and that, as such, every individual should be treated accordingly under the law so as to be free to exercise their inalienable rights as citizens.
One Washington provides educational opportunities for citizen groups, faith communities, as well as links to helpful resources. We believe the US and Washington State constitutions take priority over all Washington State government actions and establish corresponding citizens’ rights and responsibilities.
Dr. Jonez earns his living as a consultant, serving as President of Plumbline Management Corporation. He has over forty-five years’ experience in no-profit and business organizational leadership, including as CEO of an INC 500 company, a business and marketing strategy consultant, non-profit agency director, and private real estate investor, including developing and managing affordable multi-family residential housing. 
Dr. Jonez has served on numerous boards of non-profit agencies, on a volunteer basis.  He is an international conference speaker and the author of several books and numerous articles on the topics of organizational development, insurance claim recovery, leadership, and marketing.
Plumbline Management specializes in Insurance Claim Management, Company Growth Strategy, Market Leadership Consulting, and Video Production where his Media Team has produced National Award-winning video projects that have earned the prestigious Telly Award in each of the seven years entered in the competition.
Tom has an earned doctorate in Strategic Leadership, is a CMCA(Ret) and a licensed Real Estate Instructor.  He and his family reside in Gig Harbor, Washington. 

Larry is passionate about helping organizations achieve & sustain Operational and Leadership Excellence.

With over 35 years of experience working in a multitude of industries and across a wide spectrum of company sizes – from small family run to large multi-national corporations – Larry sees the mastery of core operational and leadership principles as the foundation to long-term success.  Larry is the co-president of One Washington.

Honorable Jesse Young is the former State Representative of Washington State's 26th Legislative District.

Joshua is an entrepreneur located in Gig Harbor, Washington. He is responsible for One Washington's website, and video content.
